CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A Carson City man is being recognized by the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation.

Wayne Willson started an organization that obtains and distributes electric wheelchairs to disabled veterans and has been named a Citizen Service Before Self Honors Finalist.
