CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A Carson City man is being recognized by the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation.
Wayne Willson started an organization that obtains and distributes electric wheelchairs to disabled veterans and has been named a Citizen Service Before Self Honors Finalist. That program collects hundreds of nominations for citizen heroes throughout the nation. The Medal of Honor Foundation has selected his story as one of the top hero stories.
