The Single worst experience on could have had period! This $25 million remodel obviously didn't budget for a qualified director of the spa! This guy or sorry excuse for a guy was nothing but rude and made everyone including the ladies who were employees feel uncomfortable as you could feel the tension in the air. Why would you hire some guy that is suppose to bring in customers but instead runs them off? He not only made myself and other paying customers feel awkward with the way he called the lady employees sweetie and was smug the way he ordered them around like he enjoyed being in control. I don't know about this behavior being allowed at a big Casino such as GSR, can anyone say sexual harassment law suit! I thought a spa was suppose to be relaxing and comfortable, not awkward and tense. GSR needs to reevaluate their hiring. I am disgusted with this new GSR spa and will not be returning to give them my business. $25 million spa was such a waste when they should be saving that money for the law suites that will be following their genius decision of hiring this JERK director of theirs. I feel sorry for all the ladies that have to endure this at work. I can't believe this news station is even supporting sexual harassment at its fullest. So this is what NEWS 4 supports now?
