LYON COUNTY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- On March 22, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., Nevada Highway Patrol reports 47-year-old Herbert Hall of Yerington, turned himself into the Lyon County Detention Facility after a warrant was released for his arrest.
The warrant charged him with one felony count of lewdness with a minor under the age of 14.
NHP says the arrest warrant had been issued as a result of an investigation conducted by the Nevada Department of Public Safety Investigation Division, after the victim in this case reported the alleged incident to her friends who encouraged her to report the incident to her parents. Hall's bail was set at $100,000.00.
