Lyon County standoff over; five in custody

Armed robbery suspects barricaded themselves in a home in Fernley, but are now in custody, according to Deputy Albert Torres with Lyon County.

From CBS, Deputies in Lyon County have five men in custody after authorities say they robbed a Walmart on Thursday afternoon. When security approached them after leaving the Newlands Drive store, deputies say one man pulled out a gun. The suspects then ran off after the guard backed off. Deputies eventually found the men inside a home located at near Wildwood Street near Eaglewood Drive. When deputies arrived, four came out of the home but the final suspect stayed inside, until SWAT teams stormed the building. Deputies have not yet released names of the suspects.
