Man accused of robbing Sierra Army Depot out on bail

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Devon Gregory Biggs Jr. was accused of trying to smuggle almost $85,000 worth of equipment from the Sierra Army Depot in Lassen County and he's now free on $50,000 bond, according to PACER.

His release included the following special conditions:

1.You shall participate in a program of medical or psychiatric
treatment, including treatment for drug or alcohol dependency, as
approved by the pretrial services officer. You shall pay all or
part of the costs of the counseling services based upon your ability to pay, as determined by the pretrial services officer.

2.Your travel is restricted to the Eastern and Central Districts of California without prior consent of the pretrial services officer.

Biggs will be back in court on Apr. 26.
