RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- According to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant was issued by the Reno Justice Court yesterday for 74-year-old Joseph Clark for failing to guard or extinguish a fire, in relation to the Lyon Drive fire last November.
WCSO says he was arrested by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office yesterday at 3pm in Carson City. He was booked and then released on $500 bail.
