Again people are armchari quarterbacks. First this man did not have a CCW. His BAC was 3 times the legal limit and he shot the gun 4 times of which one shot went through a persons hat almost stricking him in the head. Sounds a little differant with all the facts-sounds more like a drunk with a gun. Probably not a good idea? If he was not drunk could the stiuation have been handeled differnatly not risking the lives of others. Oh this is from someone who was there!!!

I'd be interested how legal this guy was. Did he have a CCW? Was the gun registered? Was he a Felon? Was he even a US Citizen? If he's a 100% legal gun owner, and firing a gun inside a building is his only "crime",we should be safe from the next 999,999 legal gun owners doing anything that stupid. BTW-if he's a CCW holder and had even one drink,he just LOST his CCW,because it's a violation to carry if you're drinking. Firing into the ceiling is about #3 in the list of "NEVER DO"'s for gun owners, regardless of their reason.
