According to the Court Clerk with the Nevada County Superior Court in Truckee, Heil is wanted for a number of probation violations that all include a no bail bench warrant. Heil has misdemeanor charges that include being under the influence of a controlled substance, injury to spouse, co-habitant or child’s parents (charged in June 2009) and making criminal threats (charged in October 2011).
For the injury and under the influence charges, Heil was given three year's probation for each charge, and was expected to serve 30 days in jail as a term of that probation, and he never did, even when he was given an extension for the under the influence of a controlled substance charge in May 2012.
