TONOPAH, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Officials of the Nevada Department of Corrections report that inmate Mark Nemeth, who walked away from the Tonopah Conservation Camp, June 30, 2012, has been arrested.
He was last seen at approximately 4:00 AM at the minimum custody facility located outside of Tonopah, Nevada. He was discovered missing at approximately 5:00 AM.
Today at approximately 9:13 am Esmeralda Co. (NV) Sheriff’s Office officers arrested Nemeth and booked him into the Esmeralda Co. Jail on a Department Of Corrections Retake Warrant, and new charges including Possession of a Stolen Vehicle from Nye Co. Failure to Yield; Speeding, Doing 90 in a 25 mph zone; and Damage to a Stolen Vehicle.
