May Arboretum to offer series of horticulture training classes

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- May Arboretum will offer a series of volunteer and horticulture training classes during the month of March.

Classes will cover a variety of volunteer activities from plant and soil care to garden tours. The first class is 9 a.m. Tuesday, Mar. 5 and classes are scheduled for every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning during the month of March. For the complete class schedule, visit www.washoecountyparks.com. Space is limited, so call Regional Parks Volunteer Coordinator Denise Evans at (775) 823-6525 to register for the training.
