WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Washoe County District Court Judge Jerome M. Polaha entered a temporary restraining order against Zeeshan Malik Hoodbhoy preventing Hoodbhoy from practicing unlicensed medicine as requested by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.

The Board says the restraining order is based on allegations that Hoodbhoy impersonated a doctor for an extended period of time.

On Apr. 19, 2013, the Board says they suspended the medical license of Carmen Felice Jones for aiding and abetting Hoodbhoy's practice.

A hearing for the permanent injunction against Hoodbhoy is scheduled for May 3.
