Yes, let's spend millions on frivolity. The state coffers are overflowing with money that needs to be spent. This will curb the thousands of cases of voter fraud in Nevada!

I did not need an ID in this last election and we did not need one in the last 20 years. I feel like this type of voter fraud scare is only being pushed by the Republican party. There has been no huge voter fraud going on in Nevada and targets people that would otherwise not have the means to afford or get an ID, these people being homeless, poor, Latino or uninformed people, people who under the US and Nevada constitutions have a right to vote regardless of how people feel about them. This was a huge tactic used in the last election and it failed. Trying to cut corners to stifle the vote is a horrendous thing to act on and no matter how mad you are that the minority in this country are fast becoming the majority, mandating an ID is un-American and un-Nevadan. It didn't work this last election and it still wont work in future elections, people will vote and get there say, regardless if you like it or not.

Let's see, the State is broke but Miller wants to spend millions on a problem that does not exist? Let's eliminate the state workers furloughs before "fixing" this problem. Or better yet, let's build a new high school in Carson City, not waste millions on a voter ID requirement.
