Millions going back to Nevada homeowners affected by mortgage fraud

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- After a nearly two year investigation, millions of dollars will be on its way to Nevada homeowners affected by mortgage fraud between 2004 to 2007.

Today, Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto announced that RBS Financial Products will pay a $42 million settlement after an investigation claimed RBS deceived consumers about the actual interest rate and payments on their loans.
