Just a warning to everybody, you can get cited for changing your playlist on an ipod while driving as well. I got pulled over for this while driving on the freeway on a clear day and luckly the officer let me off with a warning. I was advised to just pick a play list and don't change it. Kinda hard when you are on the road for over an hour, but I guess I will just combind my driving music into one long playlist from now on.
