Reno, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Northern Nevadans have enjoyed the food at Dish Cafe for a decade, now owner Nancy Horn has her sights set on national television.
Horn's restaurant has been featured on the popular Food Network show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" and now Nancy is trying out to get a show of her own on the Food Network.
"It's a childhood dream of mine," says Nancy. "I would hang out in the kitchen while the other kids were playing outside."
Horn hopes her years in the kitchen will serve her well as she auditions for a spot on the show "Next Food Network Star".
