National Automobile Museum temporarily closed due to fire

RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- According to a press release from the National Automobile Museum, a small fire broke out early Friday morning in the facility's lobby resulting in the museum's temporary closure.

The release states the fire broke out at approximately 2:45 a.m. Friday morning causing limited damage to the building and the Ed Roth Custom Trike on display near the main entrance. There were no injuries and, though the cause of the fire is unknown, an investigation is underway.

The museum is closed today and will remain closed until cleanup is complete.
