CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP, & KRNV) -- News 4 has confirmed with the Associated Press that the Nevada Health Exchange voted Tuesday to drop Xerox and align themselves with the Federal Healthcare website for the October 2015 enrollment period. The board also voted to maintain their state status.

This decision allows the Exchange to utilize the federal infrastructure – namely, the website – during the 2015 enrollment period and become a Supported State Based Marketplace. The current Nevada Health Link portal would be maintained as the entry point for enrollment, and will link to the Federal enrollment system as the operating platform.

I hope there is detailed investigation of how much Xerox ultimately gets. Was their worked bonded? If not, why not? What is the State Attorney General's stand on theses issues?

The only problem with this is that the State of Nevada should have dropped xerox way back in October, when xerox could not perform the task. Will NV still have to pay xerox for the wasted time? Of course, because there probably was no performance requirement in the contract.
