In the USA we spend $800 billion, roughly 8000.00 per child, a year to be ranked 8th/9th in Math and Science. What's wrong with this picture. Money "is not" the answer!

Here we go again, the tapped out middle class has to suffer because school administraters can't do their jobs. You have a budget, and a competent administrator would be setting aside a portion of that budget for repairs, whether or not they are needed in any particular year, because some day they will be needed. But no, just spend everything in the years that repairs aren't needed and hit everybody up for a tax increase when the repairs have to be done.

The teachers always say this is for the kids!! It is simply to line their own pockets!!
