I wonder if the Governor will address the problem of homeless shelters and providers who regularly bus non-mentally ill homeless out of state. Or perhaps he will find a solution for the jails and prisons that release former inmates out onto the streets without any resources. Or maybe he will figure out how to stop the hospitals from discharging homeless patients onto the streets in their hospital gowns and IV's still attached.. This is an enormous problem in this state and his solution barely scratches the surface. (And don't blame the jails, prisons, hospitals, and homeless shelters as they have no money or other resources available to fix this massive problem on their own)
