SPARKS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation is hosting a radio-a-thon event at Scheels on February 1.
Since November 2012, businesses, schools, churches, organizations and individuals have been raising funds for local children with cancer and their families through the Elevating Life Campaign. The finale is a 12-hour radio-a-thon event with volunteers manning the phones while Cumulus stations broadcast the event all day.
