Marisol, if you don't like the government here in the united states, then go back to what ever country you came from.

The police are saying they still don't have a motive yet I just saw an interview on tv this morning with a young girl that goes to the school and she said she saw him being bullied!!! Have the police bothered to interview her??

My condolences to all the victims and their families tonight. Just a few quick thoughts on the state of things these days... With all of the (anti-)social media outlets today, children have no concept of how to deal with real issues. They text, tweet, post on Facebook all their grievances - not really ever having to connect with individuals on a personal level (probably barely use the call function on their cellphones for that matter anymore). Hence they are lacking personal and real feelings towards others. They don't have to connect. It's almost an alternate reality that they live. They don't know how to deal with emotions head on because they usually don't have too. And when they do, they have a hard time processing it. It's just so sad. It's a shame too, that as parents - when our children are trying to connect with us, we pay more attention to our own mobile devices than our own children. As families, we really need to start becoming more a part of our children's lives and teaching them how to interact and deal with real "relationships/situations" so they can cope when things aren't going their way.

This hurts my heart....why are these kids in so much pain the only relief they see is killing others? I am so so sorry to the victims families, you do not deserve this pain. Question is, where is this stemming from? I think it's a combination of factors...children feel neglected, unloved, we have babies having babies now, and they have no business raising a child because they haven't even grown up themselves. There is little or no discipline anymore. I do not understand when you talk to a parent who has a 2 year old and they look you in the eye and tells you, " I can't control them."Why the heck not? You're bigger than they are! Spank their butt and tell them to knock it off. Discipline starts when they are young and if you let them get away worth it, it only gets worse as they get older. I also agree that guns are not the problem, lack of education and discipline is though. Adults need to take control back.

Does anyone but me wonder why,we didn't have these "mass-shootings" until recently, why nearly ALL of these shooters either were or are on mind-altering meds for psych problems and why nearly ALL of these shooters are Registered Democrats? When I was in school, most of the vehicles in the students' parking lot were pick-ups,and nearly all had at least one rifle or shotgun in a rack in the back window, but,as far as I've been able to discover, there were no mass shootings on record until around 10 years ago. What's changed that has driven these shooters so insane as to do this kind of damage? Why are people this mentally defective and dangerous allowed to remain un-institutionalized? Why has NOBODY yet learned the absolute STUPIDITY of GUN FREE ZONES? All a GUN FREE ZONE amounts to is a target area for nut-cases with guns. ALL evidence proves that MORE armed Citizens makes EVERYONE safer that ALL DIS-armed Citizens. It's WAY past time to apply the common sense we were ALL created with and make America SAFE again, and it CAN'T happen with ANY form of GUN CONTROL.

The parent's need to know what their kids are doing. Do you check back packs too and from school? Are your guns LOCKED UP? It comes from the top.

The Parents of these Bullies need to be punished as well. After all, kids learn from home. Kids are so cruel these days, its beyond repair. You can only take so much before you either take your own life or you take others. Parents don't know their own kids and things that come out of their mouths - and oh, how such Little Angels they are, when the parentals are around...Kids are such foolers!! I agree, spank your kids (don't be afraid to do it - sometimes talking to them will NOT work) I did and I smacked him when he needed it..what was he going to do? Call the cops? I think not! Mr. Landbury was courageous for his actions this morning and saved the lives of other students...Thank You!! Fly on, Mr. Lansbury !!!
