I've long suspected incidents like these are gang related to get into a gang. I think it's their initiation to get in the gang. To many shootings without apparent motives. I guess it could also be revenge. Anyway it doesn't make me feel safe on the streets.

8 - 10 shots and one hit in the leg? It sounds like the perp may have been a New York City Cop. They shoot 9 times and hit a bystander.

So sad! If this guy was a hunter, he'd soon be a vegan! 8-10rounds one hit?
