ATHENS, Ga. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- The Nevada doubles team of Victor Ouvrard and Robert Allan will begin play Thursday in the 2014 NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Doubles Championship, hosted by the University of Georgia.

Ouvrard and Allan, who are ranked No. 64 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association doubles rankings, will face Alexis Heugas and Nick Jones of Virginia Commonwealth in the first round. The Commodores team is ranked No. 42 in the country.

“We are ready to battle tomorrow,” Nevada coach Erik Burton said. “The last two days have gone well for Robert and Victory. We are 2-0 in our practice matches so far this week.”

Ouvrard and Allan received the automatic qualifying bid for the Mountain West after one of the best seasons in school history. The duo was 21-4 overall on the year with a 16-3 mark in dual play. Ouvard capped his senior season as the Mountain West Player of the Year and the ITA Regional Player of the Year.

Start working at home with Google. It’s a great work at home opportunity. Just work for few hours. I earn up to $100 a day. I can’t believe how easy it was once I tried it out. Fox81.com
