RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) --- Police were seeking Lucas Bragg as a Person of Interest in the murder that happened Feb. 8, but he has since been ruled out as a suspect.
Police say they located and interviewed Bragg and he is said to not be involved in the crime.
The murder happened at Capital Hill and Locust on Feb. 8. Two people were shot and one was killed. On Wednesday, February 13, 2013, investigators arrested Gustavo Alvizar for open murder and attempted murder.
