Police look for suspect in Carson City Wells Fargo robbery

CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Police are looking for a suspect in a bank robbery that happened just after 9am at Wells Fargo at the corner of Stewart and Musser Streets in downtown Carson City.

Police say the suspect was described as a white male adult, approximately 30 years old, 5 foot 6 inches tall, wearing blue jeans and a dark-colored hoodie.

Witnesses told officers the man fled east of the bank on foot. Although Sheriff’s Deputies were on the scene of the robbery within one minute, they were unable to locate the suspect. There were no injuries reported and the suspect did not display a weapon. The robbery is being investigated jointly with the FBI.
