RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Reno Police say the investigation into the deaths of a husband and wife who were discovered on Nov. 20, 2012 has been determined to be a murder suicide.
There were initial indications of this, but investigators wished to conduct some interviews and review some evidence before making a final determination.
The statements and evidence show that husband Rick Kelsay, 48, was upset over marital issues when the two met the night of Nov. 20. The physical evidence also proves that Rick shot Anna, 37, twice before taking his own life.
Reno Police believe that the incident occurred sometime between 3pm and 6pm, but they were not discovered until approximately 6:30 by a friend of Anna’s. Reno Police say there was no known history of violence between the two.
