NEWS MEDIA B>S>! 1) Headline infers it was a police involved shooting. It was not. 2) The victim was not a "bystander" as he was INSIDE HIS HOUSE and hit by a stray bullet! Look up the definition of "bystander", (someone in close proximity to an event or happening.)
