RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The RTC board has just approved phase one of of the Southeast Connector Project this afternoon, according to Michael Moreno with the Regional Transportation Commission.
The project now heads to the Reno City Council for approval, but construction on bridge work is expected to start after the first of the year.
