Region's only universally accessible playground to open Saturday

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Junior League of Reno will officially open the region’s only universally accessible playground, Inspiration Station this Saturday, Oct. 20.

The new playground is designed specifically to provide access to individuals with disabilities. The launch of the playground also joins with celebrations at the Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center for National Disability Awareness Month.

The event will be happening from 12pm-4pm, with the grand opening ceremony at 2pm. The Inspiration Station is located at Dick Taylor Memorial Park at 1301 Valley Rd. in Reno
