LAS VEGAS, Nev. ( & KRNV) -- Nevada Senator Harry Reid released the following statement regarding the events in Ferguson, Missouri:

"It is hard to think that the scenes unfolding in Ferguson are taking place in an American city in the year 2014. The nation's eyes are on the city of Ferguson and we will be watching closely. The public deserves a full disclosure of the facts surrounding the heartbreaking death of Michael Brown and the events that followed. Every community in America deserves equal justice and equal protection under the law."

This is something that is going to continue to happen. As long as white's teaches their kids hate, and black's teaches their kids hate, it's never going to stop. I grew up down south, lived there for 32 years, I know what I'm talking about.

Harry Reid I think you and President Obama should stay out of this situation. It is a state problem not the federal government. You're only making it worse and its none of your business.

I want to know why news 4 isn't telling the side of the officer. He was pushed into his car, assaulted and Brown tried to take the officer's gun. The officer also has a swollen face from the assault. You're only telling one side, that's not balanced coverage. Actually that's not even coverage.
