RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- News 4 has obtained a Reno Fire Department memo regarding medical emergency calls.

In a follow up to last week's On Your Side investigation, the memo was obtained through a public records request. The memo specifies what type of medical emergencies the Reno Fire Department will and will not respond to.

An issue with the policy was brought to light after an incident in Lemmon Valley, where an injured man was left stranded for more than an hour and a half before he was taken to the hospital.
