RENO, Nev. (AP) — Reno police say officers arrested a suspect in a string of commercial burglaries after he was seen on the roof of a Chinese restaurant.

The man was spotted before dawn Wednesday as he was trying to get into the restaurant from a vent on the roof.

Police say he admitted to a recent rash of commercial burglaries in the Reno area since early March.

Thirty-seven-year-old Carlos Mata-Rodriguez faces 19 counts of burglary, as well as charges of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.
