RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- The Reno Police Department has identified the man killed in a stabbing early Friday morning.
48-year-old Reno resident Richard LeBarron was pronounced dead at a local hospital after what police say was a fight in the 500-block of South Virginia Street. Officers described it as a stab wound to the torso. First aid was provided on the scene, before he was transported to the hospital.
Witness provided a description of the suspect, who fled the scene on a BMX bicycle. He is described as a black male in his mid 20's to early 30's, 5-8 to 5-11, 150 to 180 pounds, with braided black hair.

RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Reno Police are conducting a homicide investigation after a deadly stabbing around 1 a.m. Friday.
Police tell News 4 that it occurred at the Ponderosa Hotel on the 500-block of South Virginia St. in Reno.
It is still early in the investigation, but we do know that the apparent victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and has since died.
