RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The Reno Rodeo is going to be tickled pink tonight for a fundraiser to spread breast cancer awareness.

"Are you tough enough to wear pink?" Miss Reno Rodeo 2014 Ashley Espin challenges rodeo fans.

Folks attending the rodeo Friday night are asked to step up to that challenge and come wearing their pink in support of breast cancer awareness.

Rodeos across the country are participating in Tough Enough to Wear Pink and so far have raised more than $12 million.

"I hope it's a great success a lot of women struggle with this disease on a daily basis it's great that the community can come together and just create a fun night to help these strong women," Espin says.

There is also a raffle to win embroidered and embellished pink chaps decorated in the breast cancer pink ribbon.

If you would like to purchase a raffle ticket they are $6 or two for $10 and you can call Lita Scott at 775-724-0293. Raffle tickets will also be sold Friday night at the rodeo.
