PASADENA, Calif. (Mynews4.com & KRNV) -- A Reno resident has been honored with the "Best Theme" trophy from the Tournament of Roses parade.

Donor mom Felicia Hill was awarded the trophy for Donate Life's "Light Up The World" float. The float honored organ and tissue donors, including Felicia's daughter Audrey, who saved two lives with her organ donation in 2011.

The float featured 30 riders who received organ donations, plus the floral portraits of 81 people who became organ and tissue donors. A dozen people who became living donors to someone else walked next to the float.

The float was sponsored by the California Transplant Donor Network.
