Accessible by smartphone or computer, the system allows consumers to make a more informed choice of where to go for their medical care. The tool can be sorted by location or shortest wait-time.

renown.org, the online tool lists patient count for five Emergency Rooms (ERs) (Renown Regional Medical Center FastTrack and regular ER, Renown South Meadows Medical Center FastTrack and regular ER and the Children’s ER) and nine Urgent Care locations. The display is updated every 10 minutes.
