FIFTEEN MILLION $$$.... and the question was ... "Is it going to be passed on to the consumer"... (duh)... How about... taking say 25% of the Board of directors salary and 50% of the CEO's until the debt is paid? (yeah.. I know Renown is "non-profit".. but, if its like every other "non-profit" the boys at the top are making VERY good money)! The action they took is just plain irresponsible and the liability should be on those who perpetrated this action
