Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The Executive Chef at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, was named Chef of the
Year by the High Sierra Chefs Association, Inc.
Justin Bart has been in the food service industry since he was 17. In 2002, he joined the Renown Culinary staff and currently oversees the daily operation and production of more than 2200 meals.
Bart says, “I think that we’re coming out of the shadows of what’s known as hospital food.”
