Report: Quincy man arrested for death of 22-month old

PLUMAS COUNTY, Calif. - The Lassen County Times is reporting a Quincy man is charged with murder in connection with the death of a 22-month-old boy last week.

The report says Kenneth Charles-Alan Stringfellow, 24, is being held in the Plumas County jail on $1 million bail. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Plumas County Superior Court on Tuesday afternoon.
