RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Residents and visitors wanting to ice skate and enjoy the Rink on the River have a few more days until the rink closes for the season.
The Rink on the River will close for the season this Sunday, February 3 at 9:00 p.m. Please note the scheduled events for the Winter Senior Games will still take place at the Rink.
The Rink closes this time of year due to a change in weather conditions. City of Reno Public Works and Parks, Recreation, and Community Services staff will begin dismantling the Rink on Wednesday, February 6 through Friday, February 15.
