SPARKS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The City of Sparks is hosting the Turkey Trot on the morning of Thanksgiving Day, which will result in some road closures.
Sparks Police Department says southbound Sparks Boulevard from Baring to Interstate 80 will be closed from 8:00-10:30am to accommodate the race, and drivers will be able to access the freeway on Vista Boulevard as an alternate route. Access to Legends and the Marina can be done from Marina Gateway to East Lincoln.
