Sacramento man arrested for action during flight

OMAHA, Neb. ( & KRNV) -- A Sacramento man is in custody after federal officials say he tried to open an exit door on an airplane mid-flight.

According to passenger reports, Joshua Carl Lee Suggs tried to open the door, because he wanted to jump out of the plane. Police arrested Suggs after the flight from Chicago made an emergency landing in Omaha.

Suggs faces charges of Interference with Flight Crew Members and Attendants.
