Sandoval's cabinet hits road for business visits

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Gov. Brian Sandoval is joining members of his cabinet on the road to visit businesses in Las Vegas, Reno and Sparks as part of what he's calling "Cabinet Business Visit Day."

Sandoval plans a pair of stops in Reno Thursday, beginning at 11:40 a.m. at Drone America, followed by the Pantagonia Outlet.

Nevada Department of Wildlife Director Tony Wasley will be at Scheels in Sparks at 11 a.m. and Cabela's in Reno at 1 p.m.

In Las Vegas, Health and Human Services Director Mike Wilden will be at Varian Medical Systems at 9 a.m.; Frank Woodbeck, the director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, at Take Two Interactive at 10 a.m.; and Energy Director Paul Thomsen at Zappos at 11 a.m.

Like the way the Wildlife guy sticks to Bog Box "outdoorsy" stores. Would catch some heat for goin' to a 'green' outfit like Patagonia...
