Scenic Nevada sues City of Reno over digital billboard ordinance

Scenic Nevada has filed a lawsuit against the City of Reno, asking the court to void a recently adopted billboard ordinance because they claim it's a violation of Reno's billboard ban and city, state and federal laws.

Just the driving distraction alone is enough to convince me..You can't ever see a beautiful mountain again if your on a severe car wreck.
