SEATTLE, Wash. ( & KRNV) -- The 49'ers are headed to Seattle for the NFC Championship on Sunday. But if you live in Nevada or California, good luck finding tickets.

The Seahawks will only accept payment from credit cards with billing addresses from six states, leaving California on the outside, and presumably giving the Seahawks even more of a homefield advantage.

The Broncos host the Patriots, and have also blocked ticket sales to 42 states. So fans of the Patriots and Niners will have to buy tickets on the secondary market.

Hopefully at least my kids can go. They live north of Seattle.

pretty sure they could sell out these games with even a simple loyalty oath. What's wrong with a 'regional' focus for these teams?, that's what they give the fans. If U recall, NFL has dropped "sellout' rule for local TV broadcasts, & yet well-heeled 49er fans chose to freeze in Door County. A few thousand for ex-pats, and some really sky-high opposing elites.

littlefox I agree with you. Personally I think it's time for the NFL to look at the way these games tickets are distributed.
