oIronic that a guy from Boulder City, where harsh labor conditions and anti-union tactics were used to excess during the Hoover Dam era, wants to pre-empt the voters choice in the Constitution. What's the rush? "Obsolete", indeed! -rather it would be moot. hardy har har- eh, Joe?
