RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) — A live Senior Flash Mob is scheduled to break out under the Reno Arch on Virginia Street on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Video from the event will be used to kick off a new local "Senior Discovery" TV show.

Everyone is welcome and no dancing experience is necessary -- but disco attire is highly recommended. City of Reno officials are expecting a turnout of between 200 and 300 people.

Complimentary transportation will be available from Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center on 1301 Valley Road, Teglia's Paradise Park Activity Center on 2745 Elementary Drive, and Neil Road Recreation Center on 3925 Neil Road to downtown Reno starting at 9 a.m. Last pickup at each facility will be 10 a.m.

To arrange transportation or for more information, call the Senior Services Office at 657-4602.
