RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Former Councilwoman Jessica Sferrazza's request to reconsider the decision barring term-limited council members from the Reno mayoral race in the Nevada Supreme Court was denied Wednesday.

The petition argued that a single 12-year term would not apply to all members of the Reno City Council, and the court did not consider case history setting precedent that candidate eligibility be considered in such matters.

The decision puts an end to not only the mayoral bid of Sferrazza, but also Councilman Dwight Dortch and Councilwoman Sharon Zadra.

Although Councilman Dave Aiazzi is ineligible to run for mayor, his wife DeLores Aiazzi filed to run on Tuesday. 10 candidates have filed so far.

Start working at home with Google! Just work for few hours and have more time with friends and family. I earn up to $500 per week. It's a great work at home opportunity. I can't believe how easy it was once I tried it out. Linked here Pow6.com

Once again, Sferrazza and the others try to circumvent the voters for their selfish gain only to be DENIED AGAIN. And I can't believe that Dave Aiazzi is trying to get the feeding trough again through his wife!!!
