RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Reno Police say shots rang out between two moving cars Wednesday night following a gang-related shooting in Reno the night before.

Police say sometime around 7pm, two cars started shooting back and forth at each other near the area of 6th Street and Eureka Avenue in Reno. Even though multiple shots were fired, no one was injured.

Police have no one in custody at this time. News 4 has calls into the Reno Police department to see if last night's shooting and Tuesday night's gang-related shooting at Bartlett and Beech Streets are related, but have not heard back yet.

I think its funny that these two were so close together and yet no one was hit by a bullet. Makes me feel a little safer knowing they can't hit the broad side of a barn!

I don't believe the cars could have "fired shots". The occupants may have, but not the cars.
