Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- The Reno-Sparks Convention Center is hosting Ski Boom, an annual ski and snowboard swap that will benefit UNR's winter sports teams.
The ski and board swap began at 10 am earlier today and will close tonight at 8 pm. Admission is $7 dollars for adults and $4 for children 6-12.
The swap will also continue tomorrow, Sunday, Nov 11th from 10 am to 3 pm. On Sunday, all students, military, police, fire, ambulance and WCSD teachers are admitted for free.
Officials say that all proceeds from the swap will go to the UNR winter sports club.
